U.S. Association of Collegiate Fencing Clubs moves 2017 championship out of Winston-Salem
September 13, 2016
Here's another unfortunate loss for North Carolina. Winston-Salem saw the U.S. Association of Collegiate Fencing Club's 2017 championship moved due to HB2. The two day event would have had an economic impact of $300,000 to the area.
Losing this event in Winston-Salem increases the negative economic impact of HB2 even further.
The loss of the U.S. Association of Collegiate Fencing Clubs championship is just another in a long line of HB2 related losses for the state of North Carolina.
